Before 90% of us were exposed to the Weardrobe meetup photos that were all over the blogoshpere during fashion week , and saw Krystal mingling with some of the best bloggers and most stylish girls in the country, I'd already been a huge fan of hers.
She has such an effortless way of putting together outifts and layering faux fur and florals besides she has the beautiful straight tresses that i've always prayed for.
I simlpy fell in love.
1. If you had to, would you rather wear Marc Jacobs or Balenciaga for the rest of your life ?
Oh, tough question right off the bat! While I do love Marc and his fun, fearless direction I think I would have to go with Balenciaga. The history of the house, the line, the abstraction mixed with pure forms of the clothes I think would better suit me for something as definite as well, the rest of my life. And plus, Jennifer Connelly looks great in their most recent ad campaign. And who wouldn't kill to look like Jennifer Connelly at any age?

2. Are you planning to be in the fashion industry?
It's a possibility. Currently I'm an assistant editor of a local style magazine. I coordinate, direct and style our fashion shoots and love every minute of it. Someday I hope to be a creative director of a fashion magazine (Conde Nast, are you listening?) but have entertained the idea of getting more involved in the actual designing of clothes. I guess we'll see.

3. Describe your style.
Another tough one. My style really changes all the time, so much so, that sometimes when I'm wearing something that I really liked a minute before, I'll get a new outfit idea in my head and wish I was wearing something entirely different. To sum it up in a nutshell, because you probably don't want to hear me ramble, I love mixing vintage with modern pieces, throwing in a dash of the latest trends (I try to limit myself there) and topping it off with more timeless accessories. My fashion muses include (but are not limited to) Alexa Chung, Sienna Miller, Chloe Sevigny, Audrey Hepburn (duh) and Kate Moss.

4. Who is your favorite blogger?Stumped me again!
I guess I don't really have an all-time favorite blogger. My morning routine, much to my boyfriend's dismay, includes jumping on the computer first thing to check and see what everyone else is wearing that day. So of course, I adore daily posts by Jessica of What I Wore, Katy over at Kansas Couture and Kelly aka The Glamourai. But of course, no work day would be complete without some more blog perusing. My other favorites include We Were Damsels, Le Blog de Betty, Karla's Closet, Later Afternoon, Song of Style and Adored Austin. As you can tell, I take my work breaks seriously.
5.Which of the outfits you've posted is your favorite?
Favorite? Well I try not to play favorites amongst my closet. My clothes get jealous of each other, which usually leads to mutiny. But if I had to narrow it down, I love the outfits that kind of pop out at the last minute. Ones that force you to take that extra step out of your comfort zone and well, turn heads, even if people do the "What the heck is she wearing" look. Because, let's face it, "safe" outfits never make statements. And life is too short. That's my two cents anyway.
