I had no idea what i was going to wear when my bf invited me to a semi-fancy xmas dinner . Thank god Shabby Apple offered me the perfect dress ! my room mates were blown away by its color and we are going to paint our apartment this color.

I've been incredibly sick lately. These are some shots i managed to take before Christmas. Me and the bf went to a great Greek restaurant called Pylos.

Christmas haul was an overall success. My dearest older sister got a staph infection and frightened me from ever picking a blackhead-- because, apparently, that's how she got it. She spent Christmas on morphine.

NYE's is destined to be spent working and clothed in velvet. Wait and see!

But hopefully all the snow will just finish melting . I'm sick of navigating through huge puddles of cold water.

I know, i know the hipster is over . But it's always fun to make a hipster gift guide. But seriously, your bf has grown out his beard recently. He won't go uptown, he won't even leave Brooklyn anymore. He's a small town transplant but swears he is not a hipster. He wears skinnies but not all the time. He likes indie bands but only the more popular ones. Is he, isn't he? Who cares. But help him stay in the unknown by getting him a trendy snood scarf in a not too trendy neutral color.

thanksgiving outfit: vintage dress

This is what i wore to meet the new beau's parents on thanksgiving in Harrisburg. I did go thrifting but only managed to take these photos. My haul was incredible ! I have a devastating new years outfit. I was having such a good time . i wish i could have stayed forever. but i'm quite sure lounging all day whilst eating and drinking is only cool for the hosts for a little while. must get old quick.
So i hurried - albeit rather reluctantly- back to nyc where my life was waiting for me with a giant dose of F. you.
Walked right into two tests, three research papers and a presentation. Also managed to lose my cool at the subway station near my new place - yippee!- and yell "bitch!" to a girl who stole my metrocard swipe. She walked in when i had swiped. That was the first time i've ever done that and i was quite ashamed of myself.
A few years from now, I hope to move away from this town. can't take the rush anymore.

I hope to get all my projects done and get back to posting more often .
